4.Shipment
We suggest our customers record a video or take pictures before opening the parcel. This is VERY important evidence in case the parcel were to arrive damaged. If the unit is damaged during shipment, customer is responsible for any additional charges to ship unit back to us. After repair (OR) replacement if necessary, we pay return shipping back to you.
