Orders

What is the Status of My Order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a
confirmation email to track the status of your order.  You may also use our website to check your order number by clicking our "Track Your Order" link on our homepage.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm to you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when
the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website OR you can go to our homepage under menu and click "Track Your Order".

Can I Change my Order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for
shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for
shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot
accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to us by email:

Can I Cancel my Order if I Change my Mind About the Purchase?

We can only cancel your order (IF) the status of your order has not yet reached “preparing for shipping”, “shipping”. Usually this is a period of 24 hours, but not always. If your order has not yet reached this status, we can cancel it for you; however, there will be a 17% restocking fee charge that will be retained through your credit card for cancellations meeting the aforementioned statuses. Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK and most other countries internationally who can receive shipments.

All international countries can receive shipments if you have a valid shipping address. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support team at Support@RetailGaloreStore.Shop

Can you tell me what your exact shipping charges are and to what areas?

Sure! We strive to be 100% transparent at Retail Galore Store as we can be. Here is the rule of thumb basically for all countries on the planet:

1. If your purchase is OVER $50 U.S. Dollars, then the shipping is **FREE** (IF) the weight of your shipment, for example, is over 200 pounds, then that weight will incur a shipping charge to be determined during processing.
(Note: 98% of all the items sold at Retail Galore store will not fit into that heavy-weight category.)

2. If your purchase is UNDER $50 U.S. Dollars, then a small shipping charge will apply. The following is a list of countries and the shipping charges for items purchased UNDER $50 U.S. Dollars that will apply:

Africa: $9.95
Asia: $9.95
Australia: $19.95
Canada: $9.95
Europe: $9.95
Mexico: $4.95
North America: $9.95
Oceania: $9.95
South America: $9.95
United States: $4.95

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners is usually 7-15 business days, but may be shorter depending on item purchased.

Do you offer fast shipping?

No, sorry not at this time.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the
next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date
depending on the country and delivery method you choose. You may also have to
go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be
delivered to you.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

No.  No shipping taxes
are applied for international orders.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and JCB.

We additionally offer support for PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

You can even choose to finance your purchase in monthly payments with Affirm or Afterpay.

In addition, we have recently added Western Union and Remitly if you have an account with them as well. You will need to contact us prior to using Western Union OR Remitly however so that we can give to you the information required for submitting payment through them.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for
charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, and EUR. If
your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in
USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, and EUR depending on the website you are on. Your bank will
apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store

- The item shouldn't have been used in any way

- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of
delivery

- The return is made within 14 days of the return or
exchange request

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions
as returns. In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like
your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our
support team.

Are returns free?

Returns within the US are free. You can refer to the
delivery paper within your package to organize your return. Returns from
outside of the US are the responsibility of the buyer. Feel free to contact our
support agents through our help desk for more details.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

We currently do not have any physical brick-and-mortar

We guarantee any of our products made by us and sold through
our online store to be free of defects. We would gladly accept any return or
exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the
following conditions:

Does Retail Galore Store offer any discounts or customer loyalty rewards?

The answer to both questions is "YES". We often put items on-sale, and our items constantly change prices from day-to-day and are reflected on our site. We also feature a "Sale-of-the-Month" on popular items that are discounted.

Customer loyalty rewards program is coming soon, as repeat buyers will earn reward points that are redeemable at checkout for discounted prices on their items. Right now, if you sign up and join our VIP list as a first-time customer, you will automatically be discounted 10% off your purchase price of your first item.

What happens if someone tries to place a fraudulent order with stolen credit cards?

First of all, Retail Galore Store uses sophisticated credit card tracking software that ensures the shipping address MUST match exactly the registered owner's address on the credit card when it was registered to the owner. If not, the order is immediately cancelled and refund will be issued within usually 72-hours or 3 business days.
