Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@RetailGaloreStore.Shop. Please note that we will provide you with the proper return address information once we start your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is strongly advised even before you open your package to take photos as proof of any damage on the outside of the package. Some shippers will not accept returns without photographic evidence and proof.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, nor will we even offer any for sale to the public. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot and do not accept returns for "on-sale" items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy for Buyer’s Remorse
At Retail Galore Store Shop, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds due to buyer's remorse:
Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. A 17% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing costs.
Orders exceeding $100 USD paid via credit card will require verification of the Retail Galore Store Credit Card Verification System. We will send the email that you supplied to us the instructions on how to complete verification through our system. If verification is not completed within 7 days and we must cancel your order, the 17% restocking fee will also apply.
Cancellation After Shipment:
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order is ineligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks that we determine to be invalid or fraudulent. Documentation will be provided to your financial institution to support our case, including:
- Proof of delivery.
- Communication records.
- Proof of transaction authenticity.
4. Fees and Penalties
If a chargeback is deemed invalid or fraudulent by your financial institution:
- You may be liable for any fees incurred during the chargeback process.
- Legal action may be pursued if fraudulent activity is confirmed.
5. Fraudulent Activity
Retail Galore Store Shop maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. Customers engaging in chargeback fraud may be:
- Reported to law enforcement authorities.
- Subject to civil or criminal penalties.
- Reported to collection agencies
6. Governing Law
This Chargeback Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.
