I have 2 of these. They are very soft and comfy when wrapping around my waist to sleep. I have a bladder pain problem and heat helps. Like that it has auto cutoff too.

This heating pad was a huge disappointment I feel like I got taken advantage of. In no way would I call it a Delux Heating pad it's very small and cheap. I definitely would never recommend this product.

The heating pad did not work. It was obvious that something was amiss. The package seal was broken, the cord was mostly unwrapped and the product did not work when plugged in. From the condition of the package and the product I suspect it had been previously returned to the seller.

I love Pur enrichment heating pads! I have a couple different types and they are both great! Heat up super fast and are soft and help with all my aches and pains. I recently ordered one for my daughter and it arrived defective. PUR ENRICHMENT got back to me within the hour to help me get a replacement. They are a great company!
